Classes: A New Twist on Triangles
Classes focus on the piecing techniques found in the book, and will appeal to quilt makers of diverse skill levels.
- Simply Stellar Sampler - This class covers the three blocks presented in
the book, A New Twist on Triangles, combining them into a sampler project. This class is for the true beginner. It covers a great deal of territority and can be used to cover one or two days.
- Heart Counterpane - Make hearts without curves using the Basic Block
cutting and piecing technique found in A New Twist on Triangles.
- Intermediate skills and up Basic Block - class covers cutting and piecing techniques used to make the Basic block in A New Twist on Triangles. The group can choose The Clamshell Quilt, Twinlke Twinkle All Over Star quilt, of the Heart Counterpane quilt as a project.
- All skill levels Pinwheel Options - class cover cutting and piecing techniques used to make the Pinwheel Blocks in A New Twist on Triangles. Students may make the Pinwheel Quilt, or explore the many design options available with this versatile building block.
